Mila has worked with executives, managers, professionals, entrepreneurs, authors, community officials, across a wide range of industries, from financial services to performing arts; entertainment to healthcare.

She excels at helping clients get to the heart of the matter, with strategies that ensure their presentations – and their delivery skills – produce the right results. An insightful diagnostician and patient yet forthright instructor, Mila is highly in demand as a consultant, facilitator and coach.

Her communication expertise is built on leadership positions in communications at Sony in Tokyo and New York and, in Toronto, at Ernst & Young Consulting and at a boutique communications firm.

Mila’s credentials include:

  • MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto
  • BA in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Manitoba
  • certified professional coach with two premier U.S. institutes, The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and New Ventures West
  • certified to deliver assessment tools including Social Styles, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, LAB Profile, Team Management System, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and The Birkman Method.

An author and conference speaker, Mila serves on the leadership advisory panel for The Executive Roundtable, a leaders’ mentorship program, and is a volunteer coach for students at the Humber Collegeprogram in Creative Book Publishing.
