Workshop and Poster Submissions for DFCM Annual Conference

All DFCM Faculty and Staff are welcome to submit posters for consideration for the 2017 DFCM Conference.
DFCM Faculty are invited to submit proposals for workshops. 

• The deadline to submit workshop proposals and posters is February 24, 2017. Poster displays and workshop presentations will be held on June 8 and 9.  
• All topics are welcome, however the DFCM planning committee is particularly interested in workshops or posters on emergency medicine and palliative care.

​How to Submit a Workshop Proposal

All DFCM faculty, staff and residents are welcome to submit proposals for workshops. If you have a topic that you would like to present as a workshop to DFCM faculty members, please forward your submission form to dfcm.chairsoffice@utoronto.ca.

Your submission form must be submitted by February 24 and include: 

1. Proposed workshop title
2. Brief description outlining the content and method
3. Presenter’s name
4. Co-presenter(s) name(s), if applicable

* Resident workshop submissions must have a faculty preceptor involved in the workshop.
 

How to Submit a Poster

All DFCM faculty, staff and residents are welcome to submit proposals for posters this year.  Your submission should be sent to dfcm.chairsoffice@utoronto.ca. 

All poster submission forms must be submitted by February 24 and include:

• Title of Poster and Description
• Principal Author & Title
• Co-Author(s) & Title

* Please indicate the category of the poster that you are submitting for consideration.
** Resident poster submissions must have a faculty preceptor involved in the poster.

If your poster is selected in the peer-review process, the information you provide in the submission will be used in the conference web and print materials. 

Posters will be presented in a common area during the conference.
