DEADLINE: Call for Abstracts and Posters – AFHTO 2026 Power of Primary Care Summit

AFHTO is now accepting abstracts for The Power of Primary Care Summit, taking place on October 15-16, 2026, at the Hilton Toronto Markham. This year’s theme, “Leading the Attachment Era Together,” focuses on the kind of team-based primary care system we want, and how we protect the values that matter most along the way? How do we build and deliver while also strengthening transformational leadership skills and capability within the sector?

We are seeking submissions that offer meaningful insight, learning, and reflection, and that clearly align with one of the Summit’s six Studios. Submit your abstract by June 9, 2026, at 5:00 PM (EDT).
