Dr. Brian Wong, Director of the Centre for Quality Improvement & Patient Safety (CQuIPS), will facilitate the virtual workshop focused on coaching individuals and teams to simultaneously learn and improve patient outcomes.

Brian Wong

Dr. Brian Wong, MD, FRCPC, is a Staff General Internist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto, and the Director of CQuIPS.

He has worked with several national and international organizations, including the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, Choosing Wisely Canada, the Canadian Patient Safety Institute and the Association of American Medical Colleges.

Over the past 10 years, he has trained over 2000 interprofessional learners in QI and patient safety.
