Description of Organization

Collegial Team:

• 5 other family physicians
• 2 nurse practitioner
• 1-2 nurses per day (vitals, vaccines, immunization forms, well baby visits, relaying results etc)
• Social worker & GP psychotherapist
• Dietitian
• Patient navigator (assist with referrals and lessen admin burden)
• Billing accountant
• Clinic manager

Office:

• Free parking
• Pharmacy, Lifelabs, diagnostic imaging, optometrist / dentist on site
• Specialists: cardiology, rheumatology, plastics, ophthalmology on site

Job description:

• Practice: Full scope, newborn to geriatrics
• Roster size: 1100
• EMR: Accuro with Ocean e-referral and e-Prescribe; AI Scribe available

Hourly/half-day rate

$500/3h half day clinic (5-6 half days / week), 100% fee-for-service & 3rd party billings and includes 30min blocked off admin time

Required qualifications: 

Must have completed family medicine residency, with an active medical license to practice family medicine independently in Ontario and active medical liability protection insurance (CMPA)
