This is an exciting opportunity to practice and work within a group of collegial family doctors providing comprehensive medical care to a diverse and high needs patient population. We are a group of 8 family doctors working in a FHO/FHT with support from other allied health professionals including 3 nurses to triage and prepare patients, 2 Nurse Practitioners, dedicated diabetic RN and Dietician, Dietician for non-diabetic needs, 2 Social Workers, 1 Pharmacist, 1 Podiatrist and full service reception.
We are in a completely renovated space with 13 exam rooms, using Oscar EMR and Ocean for patient messaging and online appointment booking. There is ample free onsite parking.
FHO model – Opportunities to locum, build a practice, or take over an existing practice. There are many unattached patients in the area and therefore the practice is easily expandable. Income stabilization (for new graduates).
You will be joining a team of congenial, passionate, and dedicated physicians. We are seeking new graduates and/or established Family Physicians who are interested in joining our team. Perspective candidate must already have eligibility to practice with the CPSO.
