Engagement Process for Teams: 

• Step 1: Fill out the intake form
• Step 2: Book a meeting with the Patient Engagement Specialist.
• Step 3: Complete the planning form. This form helps teams think through key considerations, such as budgeting, before the consultation.
• Step 4: Discuss the completed planning form with the Patient Engagement Specialist to determine the best support strategy.

Budgeting Tool

• Provide a downloadable budget-building spreadsheet to help teams create a comprehensive budget as part of the planning process. The spreadsheet will guide teams in aligning with the compensation process and other financial considerations.
