The Leadership MasterClass series provides a unique opportunity for evolving leaders to learn from DFCM's expert family medicine leaders with diverse skills, experience, and perspectives. Participation is by invitation from Site or Division Head (one faculty member per site or division per year), and individuals may be at different career stages, engaged in a variety of leadership settings, and will have demonstrated both achievement and future potential. Through a small group and highly interactive format, the program intends to strengthen existing partnerships within teaching sites and divisions and increase representation, leadership, and the role of family medicine across diverse practice settings.
