Are you a passionate and committed family physician seeking a fulfilling career in academic family
medicine? We invite applications for a full-time academic family physician to take over an existing practice
(practice size of 600-800), starting in July or Sept of 2025. We welcome applications from current residents,
new graduates and experienced physicians who are eager to contribute to teaching and patient care.

Requirements:
MD degree and eligibility for certification in Family Medicine by the College of Family Physicians ofCanada.
A valid license from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
Ability to obtain hospital affiliation with Michael Garron Hospital within six months of hire.
Eligibility for a faculty appointment at the University of Toronto.
