Practising Well Community of Practice

The Practising Well CoP was built by family physicians for family physicians and is made up of monthly virtual sessions promoting real-time connection and collaboration in areas including mental health, substance use disorders, and chronic pain.

Health Equity Community of Practice

This CoP is offered four to six times per year to enhance the ability of family physicians to provide high-quality care to patients facing marginalization and adverse social determinants of health.
