High Park Health Centre is a small group practice that is part of the Central Dundas FHO. We are a group of collegial and experienced family doctors with a supportive admin staff, Telus CHR with online booking. We have a partnership with CommunitiCare, the local CHC, that provides us with access to physio, social work, mental health support, Diabetes care, dieticians and chiropody for our patients without insurance. We share after hour coverage with other physicians in the FHO. High Park Health Centre is right at Dundas West station, a quick walk to High Park, and good local food options
Job description:
I am looking for someone to cover my practice while I am away for a few weeks. My roster size is 650 patients and I am usually in the office 2.5 days per week and looking for someone to be onsite 2 half days per week. The preferred half days are Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Wednesday am or pm but we can be flexible if these are not ideal.
The practice population is varied, all ages, with a wide range of clinical complexity. My charts are well organized and have recently been using an AI scribe for documentation. My colleagues are amazing physicians and would be very supportive of new grads. I will cover my own inbox and will be available to support patient care virtually if needed (I will just be at the cottage).
