First Five Years Community of Practice
Free, fun and full of answers to all those questions you never thought to ask during residency, this monthly online CPD series is open to new U of T grads, U of T faculty, and Toronto-based family physicians in their first five years and is about supporting you as you get started in your family medicine career!
Sessions are highly practical and include ample opportunity to tap into the expertise of both speakers and colleagues.
Suggested snack pairings are included for each session, so join us from your couch or get together with some fellow family docs and make an evening of it.

Caring Without Compromise: Mastering Boundaries in Healthcare & Beyond AI Scribe - Tools to Address Forms, Referrals, and Inbox Management
This session explores the crucial role of boundaries in healthcare. Participants will identify the barriers that make boundaries challenging and be given practical coaching and strategies to help set and hold boundaries with more confidence. The second half of the session explores emerging tools that go beyond scribing to support the full clinical workflow to highlight practical solutions, tips, and resources, addressing forms, referrals, and inbox management.
