The Faculty Development program has assembled a number of resources that may be helpful to teachers. This section includes relevant and timely topics for faculty, as well as departmental priority areas and activities that faculty may choose to participate in.
The Learner Assessment of Clinical Teachers (LACT) tool provides evaluations of clinical teaching across MD and PGME programs, supporting faculty development, performance review, and promotion.
Created by DFCM faculty, the ABCs course was designed to help clinicians at any stage of training or their career gain skills in discussing serious illnesses with patients and families.
This series of sessions aims to help medical educators explore and apply AI thoughtfully across teaching, clinical supervision, and academic work.
