2025 DFCM Conference: Call for Abstracts Deadline
Bringing Health Home: Elevating care in our communities
Join us at the DFCM Conference as a presenter or participant and explore the pivotal role of family medicine in fostering health and well-being in our communities. “Bringing health home" emphasizes the importance of patient-centered care in clinics, communities and everyday life.
Save-the-date for the annual DFCM Conference on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and submit an abstract by January 20, 2025. Share an idea, innovation, or project that matters to you and to our discipline.
All submissions must include a DFCM faculty member or learner on the team.
- Workshops will run for 1 hour and 15 minutes and should be interactive.
- Oral papers will include a 10-minute presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Posters will be presented with ample opportunity to share your work through one-to-one discussion with participants

We encourage you to submit an abstract that reflects this year's theme Bringing Health Home: Elevating care in our communities including but not limited to educational innovations, social accountability initiatives, clinical practice updates, and other important works.

The DFCM Conference is designed to support the growth and development of our faculty, learners, staff. Take this opportunity to share your scholarly work, learn and exchange ideas with your colleagues and support collaborative efforts across the department.
