Deadline: DFCM Census

The Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) is conducting its inaugural Faculty Census to better understand the composition, experiences, and perspectives of its faculty community. The census will help inform departmental planning, leadership development, and initiatives related to equity, inclusion, and Indigenous health, cultural safety, and reconciliation.

Developed with Indigenous leadership and guidance, the census also supports DFCM's commitment to advancing Indigenous reconciliation and addressing anti-Indigenous racism.

Faculty members will receive a personalized link to complete the census by email and are encouraged to participate by October 31, 2026. Every response will contribute to building a more inclusive, equitable, and socially accountable department.
