You’re invited to “Successful Paths to Senior Promotion from a Mentorship Lens”
This virtual panel event will showcase the experiences of three senior faculty members, who have successfully completed the senior promotions process. Each presenter will give a brief overview of their promotions journey and how mentorship informed the process. This will be followed by a live Q&A period. A member of the promotions office will also be in attendance to answer questions.

Dr. Blankenstein is a comprehensive family physician at the North York General Hospital where he has been teaching extensively at the clerkship and postgraduate levels for over thirty years. This summer, he was promoted to Associate Professor and can speak to applying with a teaching waiver of external review.
