FRAT Battle of the Bands

The Family Medicine Residents Association of Toronto invites you to join its inaugural Battle of the Bands!

• Date: Saturday June 17, 2023
• Time: 8 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.)
• Location: The El Mocambo, 464 Spadina Ave., Toronto
• Admission: FREE!

We are asking each DFCM site to put together a band to compete in a friendly competition to recognize the best musical chops! Bands should be comprised of family medicine residents but can include family medicine staff from each site. Each band is responsible for coming up with a 2-3 song set to get the crowd going.

Parachute Thieves, featuring Dr. Latif Murji, a family doctor at Scarborough Health Network, will also perform!

DFCM’s Dr. Naheed Dosani will host the event, and a panel of judges will also be assembled. There will be prizes for the top performers, and thanks to our sponsors, this event will be free of charge. Order your tickets (max. 4 per person) before it sells out!
