META:PHI Needs Assessment Survey

META:PHI is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health as the organizational hub of Ontario’s Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinics. Our mission is to promote the delivery of high-quality care for people who use substances through education and clinical guidance, RAAM clinic support, and health system integration and advocacy.

For the last several years META:PHI has offered monthly webinars in addition to an annual virtual conference, covering a range of topics related to substance use health. (Recorded sessions can be found on our website: https://www.metaphi.ca/https://www.metaphi.ca/)

We are seeking input to ensure that future educational offerings continue to be relevant to health care providers from a variety of roles and practice settings in Ontario. Please complete this brief Needs Assessment (which should take no more than 5 minutes) by September 14.
