Temerty Faculty of Medicine Diversity Advisory Council Learners Meeting

The Temerty Faculty of Medicine Diversity Advisory Council is hosting a learner-focused meeting on March 19, 2025 from 10:00am – 11:30am. In-person and virtual options will be available.

The purpose of the meeting is to highlight and discuss several key initiatives that support EDI efforts for learners at Temerty. Speakers include Dr. Reena Pattani (Director of Learner Experience), Dr. Tony Pignatiello (Associate Dean, Office of Learner Affairs), Dr. Pascal Tyrrell (Director of EDI, Institute of Medical Science), and Sophie Harding (Associate Registrar, Admissions, MD Program). Topics include learner mistreatment, resources available, and EDI initiatives at the undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate levels.

Any interested learners can contact Alicia Sam (ad.oid.tfom@utoronto.ca) for additional information regarding the event and to communicate their attendance (in-person or virtual) by March 10, 2025. Registration will be on a first come first served basis.
