I'm looking for a locum to take care of my 1500 patients, with the potential to take over my practice if it's a good fit!
I am one of 8 physicians at the Jane and Finch FHO/FHT and we use OSCAR EMR.
I am flexible in terms of coverage and locum length, but ideally looking for 6 half days, with 1 evening after hours requirement every other Tuesday for 3 hours. We have great nursing staff who do all diabetic measurements, immunizations, TB tests etc as well as allied health care providers (dietitian, pharmacist, social workers, diabetic team) for an improved team approach to patient care.

Hourly/half-day rate: $500 per 3 hour half day + 100% FFS split + 100% 3rd party billing
Required qualifications: Good standing with CPSO, CMPA coverage
