Description of Organization and Role:
The West Durham Family Health Team provides comprehensive primary care services to an urban population.
I am retiring and seeking a replacement family physician. My practice is 900-1100 patients. EMR is Telus PSS,. I share office spaces with a very experienced family physician who is wonderful to work with and a wealth of knowledge. I would be happy to assist a new physician with transition.
Provision of comprehensive primary care services with the support of an experienced and fully staffed family health team including NPs, RNs. dietician, social worker and pharmacist.
Required qualifications: Licensed family physician
