Description of Organization:
Physician owned family medicine practice with a mix of patients from children to seniors. The office is located in downtown Toronto at University and Dundas with easy TTC access (St. Patrick Station). The medical practice is a FHO with 6 Family Physicians, a fantastic nurse and great support staff. Our EMR is Avaros. The medical building has an imaging clinic, laboratory , specialists and a pharmacy.
Job description:
Well organized and cared for FHO family practice. In person patient care 2 days a week and room to grow if desired.

No After-hours
Required qualifications: CPSO license and CMPA insurance.
Renumeration: $500 per half day plus 70% third party billings and Shadow billings.
