Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our well-established, multidisciplinary clinic in Thornhill. The successful candidate must be capable of providing comprehensive care to our patients in their role as a Family Physician, including chronic disease management, preventative care, urgent concerns, and follow-up of complex cases.
Required qualifications:
The successful candidate must be registered with the CPSO.
