Very collegial group Family Medicine clinic, Toronto West Medical, seeking a Family Physician to take over a well run practice of around 800 patients, as part of the Metro West Family Health Organization, starting Jan 1, 2025. Group charting room with supportive colleagues and coverage schedule for urgent results when you are out of the office for up to 2 weeks at a time. Positive access bonus within the FHO. After Hours shifts average 1-2 evenings per month and 2 weekends per year. Use of Telus PS EMR. Free on site parking.
Job description:
Family Physician providing full scope care. Practice ranges the age spectrum with many young families and children. Women's health, in office procedures are supported. Clinical assistants assist with patient measurements, vitals, and vaccines, as well as room flow (2 exam rooms always available). Currently seeing patients 3 days/week and providing virtual half day for phone appointments - flexibility in scheduling available. Opportunities to supervise medical learners optional.
Length of term: Permanent part-time Family Practice

MD CCFP, and CPSO qualified physician
