Currently sharing the office with 3 other experienced comprehensive family physicians who are a great support! 8 exam rooms, imaging and pharmacy on site. Our clinic is part of the much larger Scarborough FHO and Scarborough Academic FHT with 20+ family physicians and access to allied health professionals. Great support in clinic from medical assistants. We are a teaching site for UofT family medicine residents, but that is not required of the locum. Opportunity to join the clinic/FHO after if you're interested! Parking available on site.
Job description:
Practice size: 900 rostered patients
EMR: TELUS PSS; well maintained and detailed charts
Coverage required: 4 half days/week with flexibility in scheduling + ~ 2-3 evening or weekend after hours coverage per month
Hourly/half-day rate: $500/half day + 100% shadow billing, out of basket billing and third party billings
