Job description:
Scarborough Academic Medical Clinic is both a FHO (Family Health Organization) and a FHT (Family Health Team), part of Scarborough Academic Family Health Team. The FHO consists of 24 physicians scattered throughout Scarborough and out of which 4 physicians are located at Scarborough Academic Medical Clinic and the fifth physician will join us in 2025. Though teaching is NOT a must, but one has the option of taking both students and residence. Along with us, we also have a nephrologist and internist/geriatrician, who work our of the same premises, giving our patient excellent access to specialist with short wait times. The clinic is supported by well trained 4 front desk staff and 2 RNs, using paper less Telus PS suite EMR. WE HAVE A FLAT RATE OF OVERHEAD, BEING THE LOWEST IN ONTARIO!
