Full Time FHO position available in a 7 doctor FHO in Vaughan. One doctor retiring or slowing down and that roster is available to any new doctor coming on. We are located just south of highway 7 and the 407 on Bathurst Street in Vaughan (Thornhill) , Ontario. Full service family practice serving all age groups with a large mix of patients from all backgrounds. Hospital privileges not required. On call is based on the FHO requirements only. The office is open Monday to Friday and Sundays (for FHO on call). Hours are flexible with some doctors doing more virtual than in office and others mostly in office. Full EMR, Ocean ereferrals and communication, AI bot for document attaching, 4 staff servicing 7 doctors. We are main floor in a plaza with ample free parking. A pharmacy next door and a medical devices store on the other side . No lab on site but available within 2 blocks of the office. Multiple imaging clinics a short walk or drive away.
Required Qualifications: Licensed to practice family medicine in Ontario, CMPA coverage.
