Health Professional Educators: Community of Practice

As an HPE in DFCM, you are welcome to join our community of practice (CoP). You do not have to hold status appointment in the DFCM to join, but you must be affiliated with one of the DFCM’s 14 teaching sites.

The purpose of this CoP is to facilitate networking between HPE colleagues in DFCM and to support you in your various academic roles. Through the community we hope to:

• share news of relevance to HPEs from national and UofT DFCM sources
• provide information on faculty development opportunities for HPEs
• gather information from you on your support needs
• create a forum for you to share teaching experiences and challenges and have the opportunity to learn from each other’s successes
