I am looking for a locum to provide increased access for my patients while I work part-time (flexible end date).
We're a group of 15 family physicians, a GP psychotherapist, a GP dermatologist, a pediatrician, RNs, pharmacists and a CHC NP, with efficient and supportive staff!
We're about 25 minutes from Stouffville and 50 minutes from Toronto.
Ideal for those who enjoy a relaxed and collegial working environment looking for peer mentorship/ opportunities for long-term locum/shared practice +/- leadership in our academic residency site.
Schedule: up to four half days/week, minimum three urgent care shifts/ month
Practice size: approximately 1000 FHO patients
Remuneration: up to $2000/week (each half-day consists of a three-hour clinic + one-hour protected time for paperwork) + 100% shadow billings + 100% FFS home visits + 70% non-insured service, WSIB forms; For urgent care shifts: 100% FFS for non-FHO pts seen on weeknights, 100% FFS for ALL patients seen on weekend shifts
EMR: PS Suite with Ocean
Optional: palliative home visits, ER, retirement home rounds, and hospitalist (Uxbridge Hospital is next door), locum for other FMDs in the clinic, teaching/supervision
Requirements: fully licensed, registered and in good standing with CPSO, fully covered by CMPA and active CCFP
