We are a large group of family physicians with excellent nursing and administrative support. We have an excellent EMR and the CPP's are kept updated.
Job description:
My practice is well established with patients of all ages, and many multigenerational families. I belong to a FHO and pay would be at fair market rate. Ideally the locum would work 1 day per week, probably Thursday but the day and hours could be flexible. As well it would be appreciated if the locum could cover 2 days per week when I take holidays. There would be no after hours or weekend obligations. I believe this would be perfect for a doctor interested in comprehensive family medicine but also has other interests or obligations, e.g a young family, ER, sport medicine, etc. My goal is to eventually share the practice and ultimately the right candidate would take over the practice sometime in the next few years at which time I could be their locum.
