Melissa Graham

Dr. Melissa Graham is a comprehensive Family Physician with the Credit Valley Family Health Team and Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine. 

Dr. Graham is the Program Director of Academic Fellowships and Graduate Studies (AFGS) at DFCM where she is responsible for the program's leadership and advancement.  She oversees the overall delivery of MScCH and MPH degrees across two streams - Health Practitioner Teachers Education and Family and Community Medicine, in addition to Continuing Education certificates and Academic and Medical Education Fellowships. Within this portfolio she provides direct leadership for the Family and Community medicine stream of degrees and certificates.

Dr. Graham previously held leadership roles as Academic Lead for the Family Medicine Teaching Program at Trillium Health Partners and Post-graduate Family Medicine Site Program Director at Credit Valley.
