Organization Description:
Our physician-owned clinic, located at 1100 Sheppard Ave. East, has recently expanded and we now have 11 examination rooms. We are looking for a family physician who wishes to set up a practice (either part-time or full-time). FHO spots are available with an application process. All of our family doctors are in a FHO. We are one of the satellite teaching sites for family medicine residents at North York General Hospital and also for medical students at the University of Toronto. We have several family doctors working here along with several specialists (allergists, oncologist, rheumatologist, gastroenterologist, sports medicine specialist). There is also a dietician associated with our clinic. We also provide FIBROSCANS at our office through LiverScan Direct. We use Accuro for our EMR. Parking is free in this building. We are open Mondays to Saturdays. One of our family doctors will be retiring at the end of this year, and she has a sizable roster of Mandarin-speaking patients who will be looking for a family doctor. We also have a long wait list of patients who are looking for a family doctor.
Job Description:
We are looking for a family physician who wishes to set up a practice (either part-time or full-time). We can assist you with setting up your practice. We provide secretarial support and cover the Accuro EMR fees and will submit the billings to OHIP on your behalf. Overhead is based on a fee-for-service split.
Requirements: We are recruiting physicians who are already licensed to work in Ontario.
