I work out of an FHO composed of 6 FHO doctors. My practice consists of 800 rostered and ~200 un-rostered patients.
EMR: Oscar Pro. I can provide training if required.
MOAs available for vitals, vaccine preparation and administrative support.
The Department of Family and Community Medicine is seeking 1 addictions medicine locum physician to work onsite in the Rapid Access Addictions Medicine (RAAM) Clinic, as well as the consult liaison service, covering a maternity leave. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include provision of excellent clinical care and clinical teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate learners. The individual must be a strong team player, have demonstrated a commitment to academic scholarship and a willingness to work creatively and consistently within the greater North Toronto community as well.
The successful candidate is required to provide 3 half day clinics on Monday 5-7pm, Wednesday 1-4pm, and Friday 10am-1pm. Pager coverage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9am-5pm with opportunity to supervise Psychiatry & Family Medicine residents. You will be reporting to the Chief of the Department of Family and Community Medicine, Dr. Karen Fleming and additionally, to Lori Lucier, Director, Strategy and Partnerships, Evaluative Clinical Sciences.
Hourly/half-day rate: no overhead, 100% of billings (FFS)
