Short term locum for extension of current mat leave

Location: Atkinson Medical Centre, Vaughan, ON

Description of Organization:

FHO practice with 6 physicians, OSCAR EMR.

Great location with lots of things to do in the area.

Patients are friendly and well managed.

Seeking a locum for 1-2 months to extend my maternity leave.

FHO practice with 6 physicians.
1200 patients
OSCAR Pro EMR with lots of support, training and billing optimization strategies provided if needed.
After hours clinic from 5-8pm once per week or every other week. One Sunday clinic 9-12 every 6 weeks (extra $ for this shift on top of per diem rate)

Compensation:

$500/half day + 70/30 split on FFS + 100% of third party billings

Looking for 4-6 half days per week. Also open to less with practice sharing arrangement for the duration of the locum.

Required qualifications:
CPSO, CFPC, CMPA
