Thornhill Centre FHO - FT Locum Position

Description of Organization:

We are a supportive group of six family physicians providing comprehensive office based primary care.

Full time RPN and MOA support as well as on site pharmacy.

Telus EMR with remote access and training available.

Opportunities for community palliative care and hospital based work at Mackenzie Health if desired.

Full time locum position covering a roster of approximately 1600 patients. 6 half days including 1 evening per week.

Renumeration: $500 per half day + 100% OHIP + 100% third party billings. Extra inbox management $150 per hour.

Required qualifications: CFPC, CPSO, CMPA
