University Health Network

The University Health Network – Toronto Western Family Health Centre Team is comprised of two state of the art clinics. Our Bathurst site is situated in a diverse downtown west residential community. It is an urban setting that also houses much of the arts and entertainment industry of Toronto. Our Garrison Creek site is located in the vibrant and diverse St. Clair West neighbourhood. While residents can expect to graduate with the ability to practice family medicine anywhere in Canada, our focus is on cultivating broad scope family medicine skills, including collaboration within interprofessional groups, consistent with the primary care renewal strategy in Ontario. Our site is a Family Health Team. Our physician teachers provide care representing a wide diversity of clinical interests, such as obstetrics, hospital medicine, and rural and global medicine.
