8th Cardio-Rheumatology Symposium

Join us on October 2, 2026, for the 8th Annual University of Toronto Cardio-Rheumatology Symposium, a multidisciplinary educational event bringing together leading experts from rheumatology, cardiology, nephrology, and respirology from Canada and the United States.

This year's program explores the evolving intersection of cardiovascular disease and rheumatic conditions through three scientific themes:
Cardiovascular Involvement in Autoimmune Conditions
Cardiovascular Safety of Rheumatologic Therapies: From NSAIDs to Biologic Agents
SGLT2 Inhibitors in Rheumatology

Featuring eight internationally recognized clinicians, researchers, and educators, this CME-accredited event will provide practical, evidence-based updates through expert lectures, case-based discussions, and interactive question-and-answer periods. The symposium will be held in person at Women's College Hospital in Toronto, Canada, and will also be live-streamed for virtual attendees worldwide.
