The Department of Family and Community Medicine (DFCM) is made up of many outstanding individuals dedicated to furthering the discipline of family medicine. In this particularly challenging year, many faculty, staff and learners have been recognized for their hard work and successes – in clinical care, education, research, leadership and administration.

Congratulations to all our award winners and thank you for your efforts and commitment during an unprecedented year. Your contributions have helped to make this department one of the leading academic departments of family and community medicine around the world.

2022 DFCM Celebration Event: Recording now available

Watch the video recording from DFCM's annual Award & Celebration Event, held on Sept. 20, 2022. Hosted by Drs. David White and Melanie Henry, the event celebrated DFCM Awards of Excellence, DFCM Program Awards and external awards. DFCM’s 13 senior promotion recipients were featured in a video compilation. Recipients of four highlighted awards were also featured.
