Requirements

The ideal candidate will have certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada and will have advanced training in education and/or equivalent experience. They must be eligible for academic appointment at the level of Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto.  They will have a track record of outstanding collaborative leadership, management and communication skills and a career dedicated to excellent and evidence-informed education in family medicine and primary care. They will also have a proven commitment to integrating patient feedback into medical education and a track record of fostering collaborative partnerships between healthcare providers, patients, and communities.

Role 

The Undergraduate Education Associate Program Director for Curriculum will work in close collaboration with the Undergraduate Education Program Director to ensure that the DFCM Clerkship Curriculum content aligns with the Temerty Faculty of Medicine Core Clerkship program and the strategic plan of the Department of Family and Community Medicine. 
Responsibilities:
The Undergraduate Education Associate Program Director for Curriculum will develop and oversee the Clerkship Family Medicine curriculum to ensure that there is a well-organized and comprehensive academic program.
