Faculty Development Workshop
Sustainable Medicine: Cultivating Meaning in Ourselves and Our Learners
This session will immerse faculty in evidence-informed approaches that enhance well-being. Participants will explore strategies rooted in narrative-based medicine and reflective practice. By the end of the workshop, attendees will leave with a personal action plan for integrating these principles into their clinical practice and teaching.
