Job Description:
Aafiyat Medical Centre – Kitchener is seeking a Family Physician to join our physician-led, patient-first medical centre located in downtown Kitchener near City Hall.
This role is suitable for physicians interested in building a sustainable family practice supported by strong operations, modern infrastructure, and flexibility in practice style.
Physicians retain clinical autonomy and determine their own pace, scheduling style, and mix of in-person, phone, and virtual visits (for rostered patients).
Required qualifications:
CPSO-eligible or licensed Family Physician in Ontario
Return of Service (ROS): Eligible
CCFP or equivalent
New graduates welcome
Experienced physicians transferring a roster (additional incentives available)
Interest in patient-centered, collaborative care
