Mimico Medical is welcoming a female Family Physician to take over an established patient roster at our modern, collaborative clinic located in the heart of Etobicoke. This is a turn-key opportunity for a physician looking to step into a full practice with strong administrative and allied health support.

Role Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope family medicine care to a diverse patient population
Continue care and build relationships with an already established roster
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using EMR
Collaborate with clinic staff and allied health providers for comprehensive care
Required qualifications:
Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution
Licensed to practice in Ontario and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) or equivalent
Eligible to practice within a Family Health Organization (FHO) model
Experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing a diverse roster of patients across all age groups
Commitment to continuity of care and collaboration within a team-based environment
Previous experience working in a community clinic or rostered model considered an asset
This role is ideal for a physician seeking to establish long-term relationships with patients in a well-supported, established clinic setting.
