I am looking for a Locum Physician for my well run Family Medicine practice of ~750 patients for 6 months while I am on maternity leave starting in July 2026. Our bright and clean office is located at 27 Roncesvalles (Queen and Roncesvalles) with free designated MD parking onsite. I work with 2 lovely, experienced, and supportive family MD colleagues and 2 friendly and competent admins. We use Telus PS Suite EMR and Ocean for patient messaging / appointment reminders / some referrals. My patients includes full scope clinic based primary care with babies/children, families and older adults.

Job description:
I am looking for coverage for 5 half day (3 hour) clinics per week. As part of the Metro West FHO, we are also required to cover after hours clinic on Tuesday evenings (5-8 PM) aprox once per month + 1 weekend per year (Friday 5-8 PM & Saturday 9-3 PM).
Hourly/half-day rate:$550/half day + 75% of third party billings + admin payment for inbox coverage on non clinic days
Required qualifications:CPSO licensed family medicine physician with valid CMPA coverage for duration of locum position
