We are a collegial group of 6 family physicians and 2 nurses who are part of the North York family health team. Our office is located in a newly renovated medical building with on site lab, DI, pharmacy, physio and other specialists, interested candidates would have the opportunity to take over an existing practice and customize it according to their own interest/availability.

FHO/FHT family physician offering comprehensive family medicine.
Requirements:
MD, CCFP, in good standing, licensed to work in Ontario, CMPA coverage
