MyFamilyMD was founded in 2006 by Dr. Jason Baker and Dr. Ellie Morch. We have a total of 6 family physicians. We are very collegial. We have a shared office space that allows for connection with the other physicians for questions. We are a full service primary care practice with good support from administrative staff and a medical assistant who provides support for procedures (e.g., IUD, excision, biopsy, measuring babies, and giving vaccinations to all ages). We are part of a FHO and provide after hours clinic.
Job description:
The job would be covering Dr. Jason Baker. There would be 2 days per week coverage. The 2 days may be covered in half or whole days. Scope of practice would include all ages. Appointments will be spaced and booked according to the locum physician's preferences.
Hourly/half-day rate: $550 per 4 hour half day ($137.50/hour)
