We are a physician-run Family Health Organization in Leaside (Unify) seeking a family physician to provide maternity leave coverage for a small, well-established practice of ~550 patients. Job description:
Schedule: 3–4 half days per week
After-Hours Clinics: ~2 per month (included in the total of 3-4 half days per week)
Billing: Retain non-OHIP and third-party billings minus 27% overhead
EMR: Accuro
Hourly/half-day rate:$550 per half day (4 hours = 3 clinical hours and 1 admin hour)
