Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH) is a comprehensive, 230-bed acute care facility offering a wide range of services. It features a Level 2C obstetrical center, a Level 2 nursery, and a Schedule 1 psychiatric unit with 25 inpatient mental health beds, including 4 extra care beds. The hospital operates a 24-hour Emergency Department and provides advanced diagnostic imaging services, including on-site CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, ultrasound, and X-ray.
OSMH is supported by a diverse team of specialists across multiple disciplines, including general surgery, intensive care, internal medicine, nephrology, respirology, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology, geriatrics, cardiology (via a cardiac care clinic), and Paediatrics.
The hospital community is made up of over 1,700 dedicated employees, more than 250 credentialed medical staff, and 150 committed volunteers—together forming Team OSMH.
