Basics for New Faculty

You’ll benefit from practical teaching workshops and the chance to connect with your fellow DFCM colleagues during this multi-day accredited orientation program for new faculty. Program content focuses on the skills and knowledge to help navigate common teaching situations successfully. You’ll also learn about the resources available to you through DFCM and how to use them in your career path.

  • Challenging Teaching Situations

Day 1: Friday, November 4, 2022 - In-Person from 8:30am- 4:30pm (Full Day)

 Friday, December 2, 2022- Virtual from 12:30pm-4:30pm 
Day 3: Thursday, January 19, 2023 - Virtual from 8:30am-12:00pm
Day 4: Friday, March 3, 2023 - Virtual 1pm-4:30pm
Day 5: Thursday, March 30, 2023 - In-Person 8:30am-4:30pm (Full Day)
